Here is some work in progress, I am sitting on the last days.

The title is German and says something like that: "The One With The Boat" and refers to a conversation sequence out of the movie "The Running Man" with the German synchro, where the TV moderator has a phone call with the ministry of justice and says something about surveillance, riots and stuff like Gilligan's Isle, the man with the boat

I don't know why you get a 403 error. This shouldn't happen. But I have now changed some thing in my webserver config, so please, try it again once more. May now its gone.

I think its time to come to an end now. Some polishing on the sound, some fills, crashes etc. and may a kind of a ride or a tambourine here and there would be a nice add too.

..so I've thought, I need more melo instruments....
First I've doubled the pad with another spacy one. Then I've added another melo track, to have a swing, asking and answering like melo section. And at last, two new percussions, a ride and a tambourine with some shuffle comes in, to speed up the groove a litle.

I think, only some fills and crashes here and there its missing and maybe a clap at some places, make it complete round and ready for the final mix.

Oh. I imagine a trumpet and some brass hits at hmmm 16 / 32 bars...... credits to Glenn Miller

In this mix the fills are included. Also the trumpet like swell sound and the brass hits.
Now my ears are really tiered and I need one day or two, to get a fresh pair, before I make the final mix.

I missed a clap, so I put some in. Some tweaks on the sound (e.g. pads n trumpet) and the timing. E.G. the hats and the ride are more early now.

But its mixed on the cans again... sry...

OK. Here is (for the time being) the final mix on my speakers.

I still have ideas e.g. some congas, bongos or such, but I think, the mix is fully enough now and ready for release.

What do you think about the overall mix? I'm not sure, if I should be satisfied with it.

Btw.: Thx for the compliment with the "older traxx"! I had "back to the old school" in mind, while makin' this tune
