modular synthesis confusion

I would really like to be able to make sense of this patch panel on the famous korg ms20 semi modular synth... but i am just at the stage were i randomly stick patch chords in any female bay that is not greyed. If anyone could enlighten me on how to use this panel that would be great. Its a bit confusing , always has been. I know what the volume knob does, but thats about where it ends.

Its a great dirty synth this one. I recognise its filters on the VSTi immediately.

Could you help me untie the knots in all my patchchords and assist me to be able to create some sounds using this synth?

The original MS-20 owner manual was rubbish but you also may find this Korg User Manual Supplement interesting even tho' it is written in crayon on the back of an envelope.

yes those vids are pretty good... not referring to the quality of the resolution just the content. I am having problems with korguser website with 401. and i cant make sense of attachment 42... i clicked on it and got a popup that said see the administrator.

That's interesting...

I type

and the system shortens it to

which is unusable.

tB goes back into the control panel to find out why that happens.
