Things you know now that you wish you knew then.

My high school education was a complete waste of time: learning about oxbow lakes, carbon atoms and how not to be kicked to death while playing rugby.

At no point was I taken to one side and told the precise location and function of the clitoris or how to deal with a noisy USB earth loop on a badly designed laptop.

Today I discovered that under certain circumstances an f#m add9 can make a reasonable substitute for a dim2 if you leave out the third. Why wasn't I taught this stuff in school?

Do you have any information to share that you know now but wish you'd known earlier?

The physical death is not the end of everything. That's one of the most important things for me
There will come a time when you've tried everything you're not and the only thing left will be what you are

When you are a techno scene superstar SW... Just remember to thank the people who...

    Did the Sound...

    The Lights...

    The Tickets and Posters...

    The Door and Security...

    Riggers and Gaffers...

    The Catering...

The heavy lifting and driving the lorries...

The make-up, costumes and stage set...

The dancing girls' choreography, the stage management and the promotion...

and especially all those who clean up after the gig.

As you point out, there's a lot that goes into putting on 'a show', and a lot of good people who work damn hard and often get overlooked.

My hint is to be especially nice to Catering... they'll keep you supplied with tasty morsels!

    Badger catering?

note: Kevin's birthday party went well. He spoke of mathemaaaatics...and ice skatinnnng...annnnd sitting in the sunnnnn....running through fields of flowerrrrs....

But a little later on, once the lighting had dimmed and people were dancing slowly on the dancefloor, Kevin had become a little inebriated. the Badger cocktails were good. Anyway, Kevin started talking loudly about Barry; apparently they've been good friends a long time. And while it was all a bit blurry, it was rumoured that he said something like, "O M G....OMG....ya knowww.....right.....yas alllll knoww.....that Barry right.....is a Highlander....and he's lookin...*HICCUP*....for some Badger in the UKaaaaayyyy.....

that's what I heard anyway tB

    lol
