Sometimes There Are No Words - Then There's Music

My friend lost his baby son in an accident, perhaps the most unimaginable event any parent would have to face and something I pray that I never have to deal with.
He wrote to me this week pouring out his heart of grief, it would break even the hardest heart.
I have no words, no answers, no theories.
I decided to send him ‘Bridge Over Troubled Water’ by Simon And Garfunkel, it was the closest thing to me being there to hug him and it expressed what my clumsy words could not say.
What we do as creatives makes a difference and sometimes our music and songs bring something that nothing else on the planet can do.
We must not allow ourselves to forget this.
